C S Speciality Chemicals Pvt Ltd- a Vapi-based (Gujarat), CSCPL was originally established as Erie Chem Private Limited (ECPL) in 1988 by Mr Satish Zaveri. Subsequently, in 2001, the name was changed to James Robinson India Pvt Ltd post 51% stake acquisition by Yule Catto and Co. Plc, UK (YCCP) where in JRIPL entered in to a technical collaboration with James Robinson Ltd, UK for manufacturing various chemicals and intermediates. In 2009, Zaveris bought back the entire stake held by YCCP and the name was subsequently changed to its present form.
CSCPL is a 100% Export Oriented Unit (EOU) and is engaged in the manufacturing of specialty chemicals like fuel markers, fluorescent dyes and hair dyes intermediates. CSCPL has its manufacturing facility located at Vapi in Gujarat with an installed manufacturing capacity of 160 Metric Tonnes Per Month (MTPM) of the fuel marker
