About the Company :

Indofil Industries Ltd is a KK Modi group company is engaged in the manufacturing of agro-chemicals and specialty chemicals. The company was initially incorporated as a subsidiary of Rohm & Haas in 1962, with  he Modi group holding a minority stake. In 1985, Rohm & Haas sold their stake to the Modis. The other significant company of the group is Godfrey Phillips India Ltd (GPIL).

The company has two divisions, namely agrochemicals (mainly fungicides, insecticides, herbicides, acaricides, plant growth regulators & surfactants) and specialty & performance chemicals (SPC). The company exports its Mancozeb formulations to more than 75 countries. IIL operates with two plants, one at Dahej (Gujarat) and the other one at Thane (Maharashtra) with an aggregate capacity of 48,000 MTPA.
