Delight Chemicals Pvt Ltd incorporated in 1989, is headed by Mr Kotha Venkata Subba Rao, the managing director, who has more than 20 years of experience in lime merchandising. The other promoters of the company are also well experienced in the business of lime trading.
The company is engaged in the manufacturing of various lime-based products (white lime wash and wall care putty) at its manufacturing unit located in Guntur and Maharashtra. The Guntur unit has installed capacity on 45,000 metric tonnes per annum (MTPA). DCPL has installed a new 33,600 MTPA capacity lime kiln plant and hydrated lime plant at their new unit in Ganeshpur Khadki Village, Maharashtra, in January 2014. DCPL sells its products under the brand name of “SURYA”, which is among the popular brands in various states, including Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Orissa, Chhattisgarh, West Bengal and Assam, as well as Northern states of India. The company has developed a strong and established network of distributors and dealers (30) in the said states.
