Grand Organics Pvt. Ltd. (GOPL), is a part of Venus group. The group specializes in chemical process like Ethoxylation, Propoxylation, Alkoxylation, EO/PO Block CoPolymerisation, Esterification, Sulphonation, Suphation, Phosphation, Condensation, Polymerisation, Distillation, Fractional Distillation, Amide Preparation and Formulation.

The company was was promoted in 1994 by Shri Zubin Gandhi who has rich experience of more than 26 years in the line of manufacture/sale of auxiliary chemicals. The other director of GOPL is Dr. Amol Walke who has completed intensive studies in this industry. It caters to the needs of various Leather, Paper, Dyes, Agro, Plastic and Cosmetic, etc. and other associated industries. GOPL has its registered office and manufacturing sites in Goa and has administrative office at Mumbai. It is also ISO 9001:2008 certified company for quality management systems.

Recently, since January 2016, the existing promoters of the company have divested their controlling stake (51%) to a company called M/s. Harcros (India) LLC (HIL), a subsidiary company of M/s. Harcros Chemicals Inc. (HCI), USA. HCI is a company engaged in manufacturing and distribution of industrial and specialty chemicals for customers in the United States. It has three associate companies namely, Venus Ethoxyethers Pvt. Ltd., VIC Industries & Esteem Industries Pvt. Ltd., into the same line of business.
