About the Company :
SPPL was incorporated in 1992 as a private limited company and was reconstituted as a closely held public limited company in 1997. Promoted by Chadha family, the company manufactures masterbatches and polymer additives used in various packaging and blow-moulded products. Of the five manufacturing units, two are in Daman and one each in Rudrapur (Uttarakhand), Kolkata, and Silvassa. Operations are managed by Ms Rita Chadha and her son, Mr Geet Chadha.
