About the Company :
Ahmedabad-based (Gujarat) SRPL was incorporated in November 2006 as a private limited company by Mr Sanjay Rai, Rai Group. During February 2015, there was a change in the existing management and the entire management was taken over by Mr Ashok Lakhani and Mr Manish Lakhani. Mr Ashok Lakhani and Mr Manish Lakhani are the new directors of SRPL and they are also directors in Jay Overseas Private Limited (engaged in the business of trading of chemicals).
SRPL is into the business of manufacturing of methanol-based organic formaldehyde chemical which is primarily used in wood and wood products and laminate industry. SRPL operates with an installed capacity of 21,250 MTPA as on March 31, 2016, at its sole manufacturing unit located at Mehsana, Gujarat.
