About the Company :

Shiva Pharmachem Pvt Ltd started operations in the year 1999. The company is a Vadodara (Gujarat) based ISO 14001:2004 accredited manufacturer of acid chlorides and specialty chemicals which are primarily being used by pharmaceutical, agro chemicals, peroxide and fragrance industries. Promoted by Mr. Rakesh Agrawal, SPL is currently managed by his sons Mr. Vishal Agrawal (Managing Director) and Mr. Rahul Agrawal (Joint Managing Director). SPL has three manufacturing facilities located at Luna, Dahej (SEZ) and Karakhadi (near Vadodara). The plant at Karakhadi is being transferred to SPMPL as per the scheme of demerger.
