Resil Chemicals was incorporated in 1994, is an innovative formulator of silicone for textiles and has expanded its product range to cover finishing, pre-treatment and specialty processes.
In July 2017, the company is partnering with Acticell to eliminate what they consider a hazardous process of using potassium permanganate spray in denim. Most denim manufacturers rely on hazardous chemical processes like potassium permanganate treatments to create effect on denim.
In February 2018, Resil Chemicals has entered into business alliance with Japan’s Nicca Chemical for joint development and marketing of products used for processing synthetic textiles.
