About the Company :
Exel Rubber Ltd was established by late Mr P Nagi Reddy (father-in-law of Mr G Raghunath Reddy, Director) in 1987 for the manufacturing of automotive butyl inner tubes, tyre curing bladders and air bags for the tyre companies. The company has two manufacturing facilities in Andhra Pradesh with a combined capacity of 3,300MT/month of tubes and bladders together.
ERL started production in 1990 with 1.5 lakh tyre tubes per annum, which is now enhanced to 40 lakh tyre tubes per annum over the years with capacity additions. The company has two associate concerns ie, Vilas Polymer Ltd and Ace Tyres Ltd which are into manufacturing tyre flaps and tyres, respectively. ERL is an ISO 9002: 2000 certified organisation since March 2003 and is the flagship company of the group. ERL derives around 30% of the total operating income from two-wheeler segment and remaining from commercial vehicles and passenger vehicles segments
