Incorporated in 2010, Avaya Industries Ltd (AIL) is primarily present in trading activities of resins & polymers, pharma chemicals & solvents and PVC pipes & fittings. The company is also involved in manufacturing of PVC pipes and fittings and Pharmaceutical Bulk drugs (or APIs).
AIL initially began its manufacturing operations in 2010 by acquiring a PVC rigid pipes manufacturing unit in Daman and later in 2011 acquired a bulk drug manufacturing unit in MIDC Tarapur in Maharashtra. To augment its presence in bulk drugs the company acquired its second bulk drugs unit in MIDC Tarapur. For its trading division, the company primarily imports the polymers, chemicals and sells it directly to manufacturers.
