About the Company :
Aquapharm Chemicals Pvt Ltd a closely held private limited company was established in 1974 with a view to manufacture ‘desalting kits’ for the Indian Armed forces. However, over time the product portfolio of the company grew to include water treatment chemicals and speciality water chemicals such as phosphonates, polymers, biocides and specific formulations. The products of ACPL find applications in a wide gamut of industries including industrial water treatment, detergents, oil and gas, textiles, papers, personal care products, sugar and ceramics amongst others.
The company currently operates out of 3 facilities- a dedicated research and development facility at Bhosari, near Pune, and two manufacturing facilities one each at Pirangut near Pune and the other at Mahad in Raigad district. The total installed capacity of the company across the two manufacturing plants is 55,880 metric tonnes per annum
