1. MECHANICAL:
• Static and mobile Pressure Vessels, Reaction Vessels, Columns, Heat
Exchangers, Bulk Storage Tanks, Boilers, Mechanical Components and Assemblies, etc.
• Proprietary equipment like pumps, centrifuges, Nutsche Filters,
Blenders, Mixers, Rotary Vacuum Dryers, Hydro generators, Autoclave, compressors, dryers, filters, diesel engines, pipes, valves and fittings, lined equipment of Glass/ Plastics (PP, FRP, PVDF, HDPE), Lead, Rubber etc, Utility Systems for Heating, Cooling, Air and Inert Gas Services, Safety and Fire Fighting Equipments & Systems, etc.
• Static and mobile Pressure vessels including Hortonspheres and safety fittings, lifting and weighing appliances, etc., as per SMPV (U) Rules, CCOE, Nagpur requirements.
• API 5L Line Pipes and Bends during manufacturing and coating (3 LPE, PP, CC, etc.) at Pipe Mills Worldwide on 24 hrs Monitoring, Testing and Vessel Loading inspection at Ports.
2. ELECTRICAL:
• HT / LT Transformers, MCC’s, PCC’s, switchgear, lighting & earthing equipment, Aircraft and submarine batteries, DG Sets, Motors, Flameproof equipment etc.
3. INSTRUMENTATION:
• Instrumentation Components like Pressure / Temperature Transmitters, Gauges, DCS Systems, Control and Safety Relief Valves, Orifice Assemblies, I/P Converters, Analyzers, PH Meters, Level Gauges, Switches etc.
We have provided our services to various Manufacturing and Process Industries, Pharma, Chemical, Agro-Chemical, and speciality chemical companies.
