Tata Chemicals Ltd is planning to expand its soda ash manufacturing plant capacity in Mithapur in Dwarka Tehsil in Devbhumi district of Gujarat. The project involves expanding soda ash production capacity from 10,91,000 tpa to 13,61,000 tpa and a captive power generation unit of 40 MW.
The project cost is estimated at ₹ 1042 million. Land required for the project is already available.
