Dow Chemical International is planning an expansion programme at itschemical unit in Lote Parshuram in Ratnagiri district of Maharashtra. The project involves expanding pre polymer production to a capacity of 100,000 tpa. The unit will consume Base polyol, PMDI, MMDI, TDI, surfactants, Catalysts.
The project also involves setting up of a captive power plant of 2.0 MW. The project cost is estimated at ₹ 625 million.
