DTC Industries is planning to set up a chemical production unit in Lunej village in Khambhat Tehsil in Anand district of Gujarat. The project involves setting up of manufacturing with production capacity of 850 tpm to produce synthetic organic dyes and intermediates like Para Nitro Toluene Ortho Sulphonic Acid(PNTOSA), Di-Nitro Stilbene Di Sulphonic Acid (DNSDSA), 4 Sulpho Anthranilic Acid, Yellow TGLL/Direct Orange 39, Reactive Blue 220, Metanilic Acid etc.,
The project cost is estimated at ₹ 60 million. As of January 2019, the project is in planning stage.
