Veer Plastics Pvt Ltd was incorporated in 1985 as a manufacturer of poly woven bags at Kadi in Gujarat. In 1995, VPPL established a fully-integrated facility at Santej near Ahmedabad in Gujarat; and in 2001 VPPL established another fully integrated facility at Silvassa in Dadra and Nagar Haveli. The company has expanded its production capacities as well as the product range over the years. It manufactures woven sacks, flexible intermediate bulk containers / jumbo bags and other technical/geo textile products. In FY2016-FY2017, the company undertook an expansion in production capacity at three of its units (Silvassa, Santej and Kadi) in order to meet the increased domestic as well as export demand. Post completion of the said capex, the cumulative production capacity at all the units is 42,312 metric tonnes per annum
