Astec Life Science Ltd is planning to expand its pesticide manufacturing unit in Mahal Taluk in Raigad district of Maharashtra. The project involves expanding manufacturing facilities from 219 TPM to 781 TPM. It will produce Propiconazole, Hexaconazole, Tebuconazole, Metalaxyl, Bromuconazole, Cyproconazole, Prallethrine, Difenoconazole, Tricyclazole etc., Land required for the project is already available. The project cost is estimated at ₹ 101.7 million.
