Premier Explosives has signed an MoU with Indian Air Force to design, develop and produce flares and chaff for the services. The company will develop these projects and will retain the rights under Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) as per Defence Procurement Policy 2016.
As per the MoU the company will develop these products in 52 weeks.
